This design is tuned for high-performance finless surfing, emphasizing functional finless maneuvers like spinning and sideslips while ensuring additional control in steeper sections when they present themselves. Its asymmetric outline, twisted rocker, offset bottom shape and offset rail shapes work together to enhance grip and disengagement in all the right moments. Its bottom shape facilitates a blend of speed, lift, and grip depending on how the rider distributes their weight. Additionally, the hard edge and steep chine of the toe side rail assist in keeping the board on course, providing a narrow planing surface when the rider chooses to bottom turn, engaging the chine into the face of the wave. Each ride presents an engaging challenge in positioning and course-plotting.
